At REACH, Safety is at the Forefront of All Operations
REACH takes great pride in applying the highest safety standards to our operations by undergoing frequent and rigorous inspections and adhering to stringent aircraft maintenance schedules.
REACH is a founding member of the North American Aviation Safety Network (ASN). The Aviation Safety Network was established in Australia in March 2005 to support participants in the implementation of advisory standards for the best practice safety and risk management programs. As a founding member, REACH works and collaborates with other like-minded air medical companies committed to creating and sustaining an unparalleled safety and risk management culture.

REACH maintains a company-wide non-punitive reporting system to proactively track areas in need of improvement, such as deviations from policy, protocol and procedure, or unusual occurrences. We are continuously working to improve our risk management processes through implementation of a comprehensive safety management system. REACH utilizes a dynamic, online pre-flight risk assessment tool to assist with identifying the risk associated with each mission profile.
