Dr. Kenneth Starr, FACEP, serves as REACH’s medical director in the state of Oregon. He is affiliated with Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene as an emergency physician. Dr. Starr is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, National Association of EMS Physicians and American Board of Emergency Medicine. He serves as the EMS Medical Director for various Oregon fire districts and is a physician advisor on paramedic education at Lane Community College.
Dr. Starr served his residency and earned his medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. His pre-med education was at University of Colorado at Boulder.
