REACH Continuing Education

The following case studies have been developed to stimulate problem-solving techniques for physicians, nurses and medics when challenged by patients with unusual or complex clinical syndromes.

REACH offers CUs for the successful completion of each case study. Paramedic CEs are provided via Coastal Valley EMS. Nurses' CEs are provided by Sonoma County. Please fill out the post test and follow directions on studies to attain CEs.

The case studies were developed by REACH's late Medical Director, John McDonald, MD, our current Medical Director, Gary McCalla, MD, and our Chief Service Officer, Sean Russell, EMT-P, RRT.
