In these positions you will participate in the transport of critically ill and injured patients. These positions offer the right candidate the opportunity to work with highly professional individuals in a progressive environment.
Candidates for Flight Nurse should be prepared for the position by meeting the following criteria:
• Eligibility for or current licensure as a registered nurse in the State where employed.
• Minimum three years critical care or emergency experience (more than 1 year adult ICU preferred).
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS and PALS provider verified, and NRP provider.
• Pediatric/Neonatal experience desirable.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, database).
• Must maintain a duty weight of less than 205 lbs. (body weight plus uniform and equipment).
Candidates for Flight Paramedic should be prepared for the position by meeting the following criteria:
• Eligibility for or current licensure as a paramedic in State where employed.
• Minimum three years pre-hospital EMS experience (in a busy 911 system).
• Pediatric/Neonatal experience desirable.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, database).
•Current AHA ACLS, BLS and PALS provider verified, and NRP provider.
• Must maintain a duty weight of less than 205 lbs. (body weight plus uniform and equipment).
Candidates for Flight Respiratory Therapist should be prepared for the position by meeting the following criteria:
• Eligibility for or current licensure as a respiratory therapist in the State of California.
• Minimum three years hospital RT experience.
• Pediatric/Neonatal experience desirable.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, database).
•Current AHA ACLS, BLS and PALS provider verified, and NRP provider.
• Must maintain a duty weight of less than 205 lbs. (body weight plus uniform and equipment).
